There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids: Room condition: Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view. "Very clean
Amazing, helpful staff.
Great views of the city and the ocean.
Breakfast buffet has many options but same items everyday.
Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard our jet lagged, very loud guests nextdoor every night ,at 3am and 4am … Also nearby concerts every night with loud music which lasted until midnight ."

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."
