The ground floor welcomes you into the entrance hall with an integral garage off, complete with charging point for an electric car, plus a ground floor bedroom with 4ft 6" double bed and en suite shower room. French doors then lead out to a small courtyard garden with BBQ and facility to hire in a hot tub, if desired. (Conditions apply - please contact us for further details).
The 1st floor is the main living area which is largely open plan with a newly installed modern kitchen looking out over the water towards the original ramparts around the old town. The open plan lounge diner is behind with balcony looking down onto the courtyard garden.
The 2nd floor accommodates 2 double bedrooms, both with ample storage and hanging space, plus a high spec newly fitted shower room. One of these bedrooms house a 4ft 6″ double bed and the other accommodates a king size double bed that can split to create 2 single beds.
The house has been tastefully furnished with carefully chosen mid-century modern furniture, fixtures and fittings, in keeping with the construction period of the property and tastefully finished.
All beds are made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels prior to our guest's arrival. The two upper bedrooms can also comfortably accommodate fold out futon style bed cubes allowing additional guests in these rooms making them ideal for families with children, plus children's cots are available on request, which can be supplied at no extra cost.
The property comes complete with two allocated off road parking spaces and an integral garage with an electrical charging point.
Our prices advertised on our website are for up to 6 guests within beds with all linen and towels provided, which are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Additional guests can be accommodated on futon style bed cubes at a cost of £50 per person, per week, or part week, or we charge £25 per set of additional laundry requested. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
Prior to your stay we are happy to help arrange any activities you may wish to organise and answer any questions regarding the local area or things to possibly do. We can also help organise catering options at the property be it an 'a la carte' meal for a special occasion, a hearty breakfast to see you through the day or afternoon tea. All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.
In addition to the rental cost we do take a £500 refundable damages deposit, which is fully refundable within 7 working days of your departure, obviously subject to no significant damages or excessive cleaning.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
