"Homely Stay with Beautiful Sunrise We had a wonderful stay! The host welcomed us personally and even baked fresh muffins for us. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable for our family of four. The bedsheets were incredibly soft, and both the bed and sofa bed were cozy. We loved the beautiful sunrise views, scenic running routes, and nearby amenities. It was 5 mins drive from Lake Plitvice Entrance 1. Overall, a relaxing and homely stay."

There were nearby places that you could go out to eat just a short drive away. And a small supermarket and bar within walking distance. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. "This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. I would suggest a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 people if children included); it would definitely be too small for 6 people, there would be no space for any belongings or even to walk around. The host was communicative regarding check in and also an item that we left...

"An amazing place to stay after a long day at the nearby Plitvice Lakes. Impeccable, quiet, and conveniently located by entrance 2, this place is a boon to weary travellers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to stay there."

"The staff at Plitvice Falls Cottage were amazing. There was excellent communication prior to our stay regarding arrival times and the opportunities for dinner and breakfast. Our accommodations were wonderful. The room was lovely and very clean. The shower was very nice. Our dinner at the property was our favorite dining experience of our 2 week vacation. The outside patio was very romantic and the dinner was really great. The ribeye stake dinner and chicken dinner which included great starters and desserts were truly delicious. We had a wonderful bottle of wine recommended by staff. We also had breakfast the next morning and everything was freshly cooked and baked and was so, so good. There were a wide variety of food choices all of which were delicious. The setting of the cottage which was about a 15 minute ride from entrance 2 of the Park was very unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plitvice Falls Cottage and highly recommend you stay and eat both dinner and breakfast there."
