"We loved our stay in the Cabin in the Woods. The cabin was perfect for two people. It was secluded but also close to the lake. Our only complaint would be the gravel road and driveway up to the cabin. We brought our boat and if we didn’t have 4 wheel drive, it would have been a struggle or maybe not possible to get up the drive to the cabin. "

"The cabin is beautiful beyond words. The pictures online do not do this place justice. The best part was the front deck. We sat everyday for hours enjoying the scenic view of the lake. Also this place is close to the marina so it was easy to rent a boat. This was a five star experience! "

"This property is extremely remote, quite a distance from the lake shore and has an insect issue. Didn’t feel safe being away from town so far but tried to make the best of it. The house was well equipped but the cleanliness of the insects inside and out needs much attention. "

"We were in the area for baseball and this was the perfect little cabin for us! Walking distance to the lake and boat dock where the boys could fish when we didn't have a game. Very nice area felt safe leaving "all of the baseball stuff" in the back of the truck overnight. Cabin was very cute, and the air conditioner was cold! We will definitely stay again if ever in the area! Host commination was prompt."
