「Missy communicated well. 」

「Great stay close to Roanoke and all the adventures in the areas.」

「The home was neat and clean. The host was very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed this place very much will stay again.」

「This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. And to boot it had everything you would need for the stay on the lake, including kayaks, paddle board and a hot tub to warm up in after a chilly day on the lake. Yep, we were there in the dead of summer but temps remained in the low 70’s and 80’s with misty rain. The weather was meh, but the location and time with family was fabulous! The host was very responsive and very thoughtful with a welcoming snore kit to enjoy by their fire pit....

「Beautiful home and terrific location!」

「Unfortunately, there weren’t as many beds/rooms as listed so we weren’t able to stay there comfortably and ended up leaving. There were only two rooms. There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room. There was also a hallway that had a chair bed that we were asked to help bring in. We had six adults and two kids and could not fit in this home comfortably. There were also two cats that lived on the property outside that we...

「The host was very responsive and kind. The backyard is gorgeous and very peaceful and as weary travelers we enjoyed the views it afforded.」

「Very nice and clean property. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues were the water and ice dispenser were not working properly. Also, may be difficult for those that have trouble with stairs, But other than that it was a great stay.」

「We only stayed in this rental one night as it was a quick stop over on our way down south. Accommodations were what we needed and expected for just an overnight stay. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious with enough room for 2 families. The room we stayed in had a large king bed, and a single with trundle bed. Bathroom was clean; shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided by dispensers on the shower wall. It was very nice to have a small bathroom caddy filled with other...

「We came to Hudson Haven for our final summer send-off before school starts back up. We loved the home and the location. Extremely clean and the host was excellent with prompt responses to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!」

「My family loved staying in the farmhouse. It is a beautiful home and it was perfect for our celebration of my mom’s 90th birthday. It was very clean and there were many special touches that were appreciated. It is in a lovely area and was very quiet. Communication with the host was exceptional. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.」

「Very cute farmhouse VRBO. Very peaceful setting! We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we are in the area.」

「This property was perfect for our ladies from church. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, convenient to Lynchburg, spacious and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Chilled water and snacks were available. We very much enjoyed the stay and would book it again.」

「Very impressive updates to this property. Everything was immaculate. Everything is well thought out for a family or just a couple. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Thoughtfully designed to sit out and enjoy nature. This is definitely a place we would come back to again」

「Amazing location, especially for the price. Clean, cozy, and a short walk to the river. Highly recommend and will hopefully be able to book again in future.」

「There are no outside pictures which I would assume was intentional. This is a single wide trailer with an unkempt exterior on a piece of property cluttered with old cars and debris. The comforter in one room had stains all over it. There was no soap for showers . Which has been a given in all other properties I have stayed at.Old trailer but it was as clean as it could be. Living room does have cute furniture.」

「A peaceful location for our weekend events. Located in the quiet country setting, the home was spacious and clean. Waking up to deer and nearby horses was an extra perk. The host was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider this for another visit.」
