"The room is clean, and the pictures are accurate. The area is very quiet, and the host communicates well. I'm not sure why balcony or patio is listed as popular amenities, because there is none. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and electric kettle with coffee and tea. There is also a hot plate in the cupboard above the fridge, and pots and pans. It's not a gourmet kitchen, but it will do. The bed is fantastic, and this is a great place for 1 person to stay. "

"Everything regarding the room was very nice, clean, comfortable. We've stayed here before and loved it so we made arrangements to stay again on our way home after a 700 mile drive from Port Townsend, Washington. We were very tired and were glad to have such a nice bed. However, other renters were making outlandish noise outside our room and in the room above us and maybe to the side. The yelling, laughing, swearing (many F words), arguing, went on until 3 am. Needless to say we got very little rest. Managers could not have helped but be aware of all the noise and I was afraid to challenge the big mouths because there were a few men involved and sounded as if they may be inebriated and I'm too old to be in a fight with them and was afraid my vehicle may be vandalized as well."

"The whole place smelled like dogs. The 4th floor hallway smelled like burnt hair. The TV remote didn't work. The water was not drinkable. When we checked in, they told us about breakfast. Then when I went the next morning for breakfast, I was told there was a charge - after I had put breakfast on my plate. "
