"The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Same as the manager from the breakfast restaurant, they let me enjoy the breakfast and working on the payment later. They are very nice. I will definitely come back again. Thank you "

"The room felt clean and spacious, and the AC was effective. The bathroom fan has additional drying mode. There are enough cups and water jugs in the room. Staff were very helpful and capable. The lobby and each floor has hangout areas, making it very comfortable for our family trip. There is even one night market stall parked outside most nights. Hi-Life is right outside the building and 7-Eleven a short walk further. This hotel is closest to the 神學院 Seminary bus station of Route 2. We were comfortable and at ease. The only thing to be aware of is this location is at the center of rush our traffic jams. "

"Nice and big room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheet was clean. The bathroom wall, glass was not clean and there are a lot of water stain, but nothing concerning. The staff was really nice."

"This resort is quite good and very spacious. As a family of four, we had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The amenities were also impressive. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee(pods)—a pleasant surprise, as these are usually not free in many other hotels—were available throughout the stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a large, airy dining hall. Since we stayed on a weekday, there weren’t many other guests, so we could easily pick what we thought was the best table, with a beautiful view of the fountain in the front yard. In the afternoon, we spent some enjoyable time at the pool in the backyard. My sons had a lot of fun playing with water and water guns. While it’s not comparable to a water park in terms of attractions, it is still a great feature to have. Later, we bought discounted tickets to the amusement park, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to heavy rain. The lady at the counter was very understanding and processed the refund without any questions, even though the reason for returning the tickets was obvious. The parking lot, like everything else here, is spacious and conveniently located on the L1 floor. It's free until the evening on the day of checkout, which is another plus. Overall, we had a great experience. I hope we can return one day."

"Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!"

"The grounds are absolutely spectacular. Incredible, world-class gardens, village charm, and a true cultural experience. The ambiance is incredible. The staff was also amazing. One staff member was a particularly great English speaker, and throughout the day, she would proactively check on us and offer recommendations or help. Other staff wasn’t as good with English, but were incredibly genuine and caring, and the language challenge was nothing a translation app couldn’t overcome. Rooms were spacious and super unique adding to a beautiful cultural experience. However, the bathroom area had no fan or dehumidifier and had a mold problem. Plus, no daily housekeeping, led the room to smell musty and unfresh after a day. The food was all vegetarian. The lunch restaurant is only open on the weekend and is super high quality and not an issue. But the main restaurant felt more like a vegetarian camp buffet. You need a car or (cheap) taxi to visit other villages in the area for other food options, which is fun, but better if it wasn’t as much of a necessity. I still recommend to most who aren’t too persnickety and looking for a unique cultural experience, but I think you’ll find that the village has amazing potential to be a super unique, luxury, yoga/zen/Taiwanese retreat, but it doesn’t quite deliver all around to command a solid 5 star review. For us, pricing was fair, but if they round out the experience, could charge a good premium."
