「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Planinka. The hotel was immaculately clean, with excellent attention to detail throughout. When we checked out the person claimed we owed them money for beverages we did not purchase. We tried to dispute it with no success. We were in a hurry so we simply left, Awful experience.」
