"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. "After a visit to the OSA Peninsula staying with Mike and Blondie in the treehouse two years ago ,we just couldn’t wait to get back. We stayed in the new house on the property and enjoyed it as much as we did then. The property has breathtaking views, and you do feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. It is a wildlife paradise and they help you add all the adventure you want! 65 foot tree climb, rappelling down waterfalls, fishing, and lots of hikes day and night! Wildlife abounds!"

"My husband and I and our 4 boys stayed at this property for a week. It was a great spot for taking in the surroundings of puerto Jimenez. "Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"Almost at the very end of the Matapalo Road, The house is built with a lovely garden area in front and flowers, transitioning to jungle in back. there is a lovely patio with a cool refreshing pool in front, along with some lounge chairs tucked under an awning. "Casa Verde was amazing! We had a great time exploring the Osa Peninsula and Gulfo Dulce. We spent 4 nights there and wish we were still there. From the house you can walk along the shoreline, explore tide pools, hike to waterfalls and through jungle teaming with wildlife. Every day we were entertained by monkeys and macaws and every night we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf. Carlos is an excellent host, friendly, helpful, and always available. "

"There is NO AC in the house. Only 2 bedrooms, one normal size and one small, have a small window unit. We are from South FL and couldn't deal with the heat in that house. False advertising with no refund. Much better off with cottages on the beach with AC. RENTER BEWARE."
