「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. 」

「wifi無料なはずでしたが、回線が混んでるだのなんだの言って パスワードを教えてくれず、結局使えませんでした。 朝食は普通のブッフェ。 全体的に古い印象でした。。これで4つ星ホテルっていうのが信じられません。 3つ星が妥当な気がします。 チェックイン時にサンドイッチ、水、果物、ジュースを頂きましたが、 冷蔵庫がないので、保管できません。テネリフェは暑いのに。」

「We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic room.」

「Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. 「Apartment was amazing, the spiral staircase to the second bedroom and en-suite with the huge corner bath was a bonus. Only minor negative which didn’t really impact our stay but was annoying at chill time was the tv was tiny and placed away from the sofa. Hotel was only 15 min walk to los christianos beach, 20 min walk to Veronica’s. Large Supermarket was opposite for all you need if self catering. 」
