「Casita Calma is in a quiet country near a reservoir and one of the best views of Santa Barbara. From the hill, we watched a rocket take off and we listened to nothing but the sound of frogs and owls at night. It's a well appointed casita with lovely lighting and extremely clean!」

「Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house.」
