"We recently stayed here for a 2 night stay. The property met all our expectations. Check in was easy, it was a cold day and the cottage was clean, warm and inviting upon us getting there. "A rugged bush property, less than 10 minutes from Macedon township. Driving into the property's initially steep gravel drive, in a 2WD car, required some initial speed and staying in low gear, but proved no problem for our family group, in three vehicles, two of which were 2WD. The main house and two "container bedrooms" were all spotlessly clean and very well, appointed. All were well air conditioned if required; as it was on occasion as the weather was quite warm during our stay. IT wise the...

"Quite spacious with renovated bathroom sink but shower is over the bath.1 toilet inside and another outside.Entrance and toilet doors not closing properly. Need a wedge to close the toilet.The fridge shakes and makes loud noises in the morning.The ducted heater keeps turning itself off.Lovely and accommodating host. Responds very quickly to queries."

"The manager Andrew was fabulous to deal with, I needed to contact the motel as my circumstances had changed and I wasn’t able to check in until midnight. Andrew sent me very clear instructions on how to access my room key. There was ample outdoor lighting for me to do this without any problems. The room was very clean and neat and a very comfortable bed awaited me after my late night drive. Andrew was very friendly the next morning, ensuring that everything in the room was to standard and asking if I required anything before I checked out. I highly recommend this motel."

"A lovely little place just off the beaten track. Checked in after hours and had been sent a text with instructions so absolutely no hassles. Room was roomy. Bathroom has been renovated and was lovely. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet. A free breakfast was available in a central kitchen which felt just like home. Great touch. Would recommend to anyone"
