7.8/10 Good! (2,289 reviews)

The room was nothing like the photos advertised. It was extremely old, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell. I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering how different the room looked compared to the pictures online. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

8.6/10 Excellent! (3,007 reviews)

Room was clean and quiet, and the bed’s pillows gave my neck good support. Location was very convenient for getting around downtown and to sporting events.
