「For the price and for the location, it was definitely well worth it. It was not a luxury hotel, but it served the purpose for what I had, which was a business trip. It was clean, and the staff at the front was always very helpful. I enjoyed the fact that they actually had some fruit throughout the day that we were able to grab as needed. It was very close to restaurants and also grocery and drug stores.」

「Very clean room, but not well soundproofed. We could hear the people next door watching TV, and it woke us up when someone closed their door loudly. Also, the view is beautiful, but it is not private. The view is from the front of the room, where people walk by, so you can't just have the window open all the time. It's an older hotel, and we were only there for a night so it wasn't a huge problem. Breakfast was very nice, beautiful large room that was well stocked. Beach access was great! ...

「When we first got there we had no hot water and the shower did not have a good flow which was a problem since we had been on the road for 14 hours but it was after 8:00 so I reported it the next day. The maintenance guy fixed it with in 30 minutes after I reported it. The staff was wonderful and we did enjoy the continental breakfast 2 of the mornings we were there. We loved the location to the beach, the harbor, the shops and of course the restaurants. This is like my 3-4th stay and I’m always...

「Unsafe Room Conditions—Left Immediately Upon Arrival I booked two nights at Queens Court in St. Simons Island and drove five hours to get there. When I arrived late that evening, I discovered that the room’s door was severely damaged. Although the electronic lock worked, the deadbolt did not effectively secure the door, and the security chain would not latch. Because the room was on the ground floor with direct exterior access, I did not feel safe staying there. No hotel staff were available,...

「Arrived to a beautiful hotel with the desk clerk being professional and friendly at the same time. We got a warm greeting and was given a welcome pack of 2 water bottles for Hilton members. Room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Fully stocked bar with a kitchen, which came in handy as we checked in late but was able to get food still. Beach is right next to the hotel with a lovely boardwalk nestled in the trees as access. Reasonably priced. Really liked our stay over the weekend...

「Good room and location for the price. Not with walking distance to anything but the island is small so driving wasn’t too much of an issue. Room was good size and clean enough. A/C worked great. Super hot water that never ran out although it did cycle some. Pool area was super nice. Room did have very noticeable smoke smell upon entering each time. Staff was great and accommodated our super late check in. Lobby had small snack/drink shop but wasn’t very well stocked so we door dashed a lot....

「Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.」

「The stay was great. Unit was nicely appointed and very clean. My only complaint is that the unit we got was not the same as the picture in the ad. The ad showed a full ocean view. Only a few units have such a view. Most such as ours have a limited partial view down the side of the building.」
