「Do not book on Expedia or through the Expedia website. Nest was booked online and confirmation was sent. Upon arrival I was informed my reservation was never "pushed through" and there was nothing they can do because they were totally booked. I stood in Silence because of the overwhelming disappointment. I asked if I could wait for any possible cancellations and they suggested I didn't do so. Very sad about the whole situation.」

「We checked in late due to being at a Red Rocks concert. Although we made note of this on reservation, the hotel gave away our room. We reserved two queens…and they gave us a king with a roll away bed. It took 40 minutes to check in..and when we checked out… there was also a long line. Staff was NOT friendly. Still love the hotel…and have stayed a few times in the past.. with no issue. Obviously lack of trained employees is an issue.」

「My wife and I ran a ski lodge for about ten years when we were younger, and this inn is very close to the ideal inn we had in mind back then. It was a wonderful stay, and we now have another place we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.」

「Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower. Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...

「We had a great time staying in the Zen Den! It was perfect for 2 people. Close to town and the convenience of onsite transportation to and from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre at a reasonable price was nice. Brookes was very helpful and such a sweetie too! Would love to stay here again soon.」

「コロラド大で約1週間のISO会議があり利用。観光拠点として、複数名で利用するタイプのホテルのようです。出張で1名利用、かつハイシーズンだったので結構高額でしたが家族4人だと納得できる金額。ロッキー山脈が雄大に横たわる静かで良い場所です。USAの同僚曰く; 熊・ピューマ、ヘラジカが出るそうで、ハイキングする場合は気をつけろ！と言われました。」
