"We can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. Not in the center of town, but set near the harbor, with a short walk to some fantastic harbor restaurants. The staff was so helpful and warm. The highlights were: 1) A great mini spa on site, with wonderful baths, resting area and great massages available. 2) A hip cafe with great coffee and baked goods and 3) an excellent restaurant/bar."

"Great location in the center of town. Had front facing room with nice view of the square….staff extremely helpful and the lobby area is very open with a useful section for computer use…. Very busy in a good way… many travelers passing through….lively but room was quiet, clean, modern … Only bugaboo is no parking…(but same I believe with all downtown hotels in Reykj…)had to navigate complex parking rules on city streets…but overall fantastic stay and would return anytime."
