"This hotel had good reviews but the truth is, good service depends on what people are used to, but this was not good service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; I had to move the bed side table to find a plug (that was broken) and I found dirt and an old business card under it. There’s no shampoo and no hair dryer in the room. You must fill out a paper, sign it, and leave an ID at reception to borrow one. The kitchen, visible from certain angles, didn’t look clean.
