They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

Hotel no geral está bem decadente, infiltração, espelhos do elevador quebrados, atendentes nada cordiais, nao resolvem nada, nem sequer um sorriso. No dia que entrei, as 14h30, reclamei que o cofre estava travado. até as 19h ninguém havia resolvido, só qdo reclamei me informaram que precisava esperar o manobrista da noite para resolver. As 22h00 qdo retornei depois de muita insistência o manobrista foi tentar resolver e não resolveu. Nem um dos 3 quartos o cofre estava funcionando, ninguem resolveu e o pior nem sabiam informar se tinha um cofre no hotel, eu tinha objeto de valor e tive que ficar carregando. 3 luminárias do quarto não funcionavam, toalhas de banho super gastas, infiltração no quarto, banheiro ficou com mosquito grande morto nos 3 dias (limpeza muito ruim), café da manhã muitas opções eram do outro dia, sem contar os mosquitos impossível pegar. Enfim o hotel está muito ruim e o atendimento pior ainda. Ninguém retorna os pedidos e qdo vc questiona são super desagradáveis.

Perderam a chave do meu carro, não pagaram o uber pra eu ir fazer a prova mesmo tendo sido responsabilidade deles, a atendente pouco se importou com a situação. O vaso estava sujo. Quarto grande, limpo, confortável. Banheiro amplo,amenities, água quente. Serviço de manobrista. Café da manhã muito bom. Tv não tinha som nos canais a cabo. Não havia telefone para comunicar com a recepção. Enviamos um pedido antecipado para juntar as camas de solteiro (pois somos casal) e pela reação da recepcionista no check-in, sequer tinham visto a mensagem. A recepcionista disse que não tinha como juntar as camas. Ao what no quarto conseguimos juntar as camas em 15 segundos, ou seja, total falta de interesse do hotel em atender um simples pedido.

Optei por este hotel porque já tinha me hospedado antes e tinha gostado, principalmente pelo farto café da manhã. Mas, dessa vez, fiquei decepcionada, pois quando entrei no quarto havia lixo não recolhido na lixeira, provavelmente do hóspede anterior, e 2 baratas entraram no quarto. Meu marido matou as baratas e as jogou pra fora do quarto. Avisamos na recepção e não houve nenhuma explicação, opção de troca de quarto ou pedido de desculpas. Além disso tudo, quando fui tomar o primeiro banho, não tinha mais shampoo nem condicionador disponível nos frascos. Fiquei com o cabelo molhado e sujo, aguardando a camareira trazer novos frascos. Lamentável....

La propiedad está casi en el centro de la ciudad y tiene un desayuno super bien completo, además del servicio de parqueo de autos gratis. La habitación no estaba tan buena pero tenía algo de confort , si un poco vieja pero bueno para descansar estaba bien . La vista muy buena en el piso 18. El personal muy amable y atento. Solo necesitamos una piscina , áreas de juego y un spa. Mejorar un poco las condiciones del local y será el hotel ideal
