「I enjoyed the stay overall. It's a nice looking hotel from outside but it has some old parts and equipments inside. The first room I stayed had leakage from the sprinkler out of no where and we were switched to a new room. The AC in the new room wasn't at its finest and wasn't cooling enough, but it got cold at the very last day finally. 「Execellent resort for those who want to relax and enjoy good food, great hot springs and amazing nature. I highly recommend for parents with kids, whole family and friends. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The araras and other birds make it a very special place.」

「Nossa experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Tanto o banheiro quanto o quarto tinham um forte mau cheiro desde a nossa chegada. 「Ever thing good」

「Property lacks customer service knowledge. Horrible service and everyone looked lost. They were very inept to read and react regarding guests needs.」

Recomendo!!!」
