Our first beach holiday with the two kids and this did not disappoint. The apartment was so spacious, clean and tidy. Every amenity you could need. Right on the beach and the cafes opposite made a perfect morning coffee. We ran into other residents in the complex who were all so friendly. Can’t wait to book again.

The property was clean, very well priced and hosts were polite. A good amount of table and kitchenware was supplied so you could easily cook for yourself. There were two coffee machines, one was broken however and the other was a pod machine but we didn’t bring pods. There were two areas of attention. Firstly, we stayed on the 8th floor in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was no air conditioning. To me this was a surprise as I don’t even check for a/c anymore as you just expect everywhere has it. This meant we had to have windows and doors open and the weekend we stayed the weather was poor so it was a choice between being hot or having very strong breezes and occasionally rain/mist blowing through the place. Supposedly a/c is being added slowly to the units but it makes a big difference. The other issue was the wifi didn’t appear to reach to our floor so we were on our own data. Not a big issue but makes it harder to use streaming services on the TV etc. I would stay here again if a/c was fitted as otherwise it appeared to be a very well run establishment. Nice pool area too.

The unit was very spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. Great views. The unit was clean, but it needed a good spring clean to clean window tracks, wardrobe tracks, fans and lights and skirting were very dusty. The basement parking was very tight and we had a medium sized car. Was evident from the car paint on the concrete posts that we were not the only ones who found it challenging. Would be a great holiday place for a family with young children.

Yep should always read the fine print. No air conditioning meant it was horrifically hot in the morning. Must have been at least 40 degrees with the sun directly frying the unit on the bedroom side from about 5 am to 7 am and still unbearably hot throughout the day. Learnt that lesson after the first night and slept with every possible door and window open. The noise in the morning cancelled out any real benefit in temperature. Still way too hot. The inside unit reeks of sweat and humidity. Otherwise, it’s in good dated condition. Carpets are pretty filthy really in high traffic areas. The designated car parking sport was a challenge with zero room for error in trying to get into the spot and then reverse out it. Saw other guests in nearby spots spend at least 10 mins trying to get out and they still hadn’t. Can not fault. Not relaxing at all given the heat situation. Would never stay there again. Needs air conditioning at a minimum. Many of the other units also have extra screens and shutters but not this one. Had to write the review as a clear warning to not book here unless you are used to being cooked while you sleep.

Our apartment directly overlooked Golden Beach, it was our first time staying here and I would recommend. Walking paths close by were excellent and in good condition. Property manager friendly and very helpful as well.

Still trying to figure out how this place is rated as a 4 star "luxury" accommodation. Maybe I missed the memo that apartments are being rated now on a 10 star scale. Upon checking in we went straight to our room. The humidity hit us right away when we walked in....ok, no worries i will just put the aircon on. Except one small detail.....there was no aircon. I immediately called the manager, who was very nice when she was taking our credit card info however when i spoke to her on the phone to ask her about the aircon her answer was that nowhere did it state the place had air conditioning. Hmmmmm, im sorry for assuming a 4 star "luxury " accommodation had aircon.....how silly of me! She also very rudely mentioned something about me booking through a 3rd party (Expedia).....like it was a terrible thing. We did find one fan in the closet but guess what......yep, broken. Ok....so now we are stuck with paying a good amount of money for a "luxury" apartment with no aircon and no working fan but to add insult to injury, the internet was not working. she was quick to mention that it would be fixed weds. Thats great if it was Tuesday but it was Friday and we were leaving Sunday. Other issues....Lift call button was out of order in the car park, the sheets were like sand paper, any power outlets were behind beds and not easy to access. Don't be fooled by the pics and the other reviews.....this place is a joke!By far the worst place i have ever stayed at and will never return.

Pentouse dated, needs painting, new carpet, shower heads, beds and bedroom furniture, broom, iron not hot enough, had to buy a new iron. Inside most of the draws are marked.Owner is updating having done the kitchen, dining table, lounge, coffee table and curtains. More needs to be done at the prices.

We loved the pool but that was about all we enjoyed about our stay. As soon as we walked into the apartment there was an extremely strong odour of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. It stunk out the whole apartment and was worse in the main bedroom. We approached reception to inform them, only to be told the last group staying in the same room were 'smokers but only smoked on the balcony'. He did offer an air freshener which only masked the smell. We had already had to buy air freshener so this wasn't helpful. The bath and main toilet were not cleaned properley either (dust and hairs) and the overall feeling felt dirty. Added with the stench of stale cigarette smoke causing headaches (it was so strong it smelt like they had smoked inside during their stay). We ended up leaving early. Very underwhelming experience and definitely won't stay there again!
