While the hotel location was beautiful and the property was clean and well maintained our room was freezing and we could not get the heat to work, the shower water was lukewarm at best. We took 3 second showers it was so cold. My husband went down and complained to the front desk but it was a younger staff member and had no solutions to offer and said they had no others rooms to move us to and he was not and HVAC technician so he could not help and apparently there was no manager on duty so we just had to freeze all night. The pool hours were 9-5pm when we arrived on Sunday and 9-7pm during the week which we thought a little early for a hotel in the summer and breakfast was definitely overpriced at $70 for two people with too. Overall, nice and clean, good location, but definitely some improvements to be made.

朝食ビュッフェが豪華で大満足でした。朝食へのオペレーションが細かすぎて、少々ストレスを感じました。混雑回避のため仕方のない対応だったのかと思います。
