Just minutes from the Gold Coast Airport, Coolangatta has everything you need for the perfect family holiday, close to the lush green valleys of the Gold Coast hinterland, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, golf courses, river cruises, diving, and whale watching, and just 40 minutes from Gold Coast theme parks.
Hire a bike and ride along the dedicated ocean path to the famous surf break at Snapper Rocks or take advantage of the BBQ facilities and relax by the heated outdoor pool and spa at your Coolangatta accommodation.
The Beach House activities team run daily activities for all ages to enjoy, and families will love the resort’s Kids Club, mini putt putt and children’s pool.
Located on the ground floor of the resort complex, Beach House Plaza is home to a variety of cafés and restaurants with fantastic options for eating out at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or soak up the holiday atmosphere at the Beach House bar and lounge area.
Apartment – Two bedroom - 1 x queen bed, 2 x single beds, 1 double sofa bed, 2 x bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, washer/dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, clock/radio, hairdryer, telephone,
TV / DVD / Foxtel and internet access (fees apply). Maximum six adults/children.
Resort facilities – heated outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, spa/sauna, half sized tennis court, mini golf, bike hire, gymnasium, beautiful BBQ area within landscaped gardens and a games room with pool and table tennis table. The resort team runs daily activities including the kid’s club during season holidays. On the ground floor is the resorts’ tour desk, bar, and lounge area, along with a variety of restaurants and cafes. Secure underground parking for one car per apartment (height restrictions).
Local attractions and activities – patrolled beach across the road, short walk to local shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and cinemas. Close to nearby wineries, fishing, rivers cruises, water sports, golf courses, lawn bowls, airport, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, theme parks and National parks.

This is a private holiday rental listing by a Beach House Seaside Resort Timeshare Owner for two fixed weeks accommodation (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve) between the 23/12/2022 to 6/1/2023 only.
As this is a timeshare resort, the apartment is not allocated until check in. As fixed week timeshare owners of the resort, an ocean view corner apartment is requested, although not guaranteed. However, this 17-floor resort also has gorgeous coastal and hinterland views from side and rear apartments as well.
Check In / Reception hours – 8 am to 8 pm, please present confirmation letter, photo ID and credit card (to hold a $200 security deposit).
Please contact the resort in advance to advise of arrival outside reception times, organise free airport pick up or to arrange for a cot and/or highchair for your apartment (fees apply)
Booking Confirmation – full payment required. Please note that the booking cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. NO refund is offered on this booking.
All guests’ names will be required (including children ages for Kids Club program activities), address, mobile phone number and your email address to forward confirmation letter. I will advise The Beach House to change the booking from our name to guest/s name staying for the duration of our booked week/s.
