Nestled less than 100 meters from the pristine Palm Beach, this exquisite apartment is a gem within the prestigious Magnoli Residences. This architecturally designed beachside retreat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, bathed in an abundance of natural light and reflecting a contemporary coastal aesthetic.

Inside the apartment, the gourmet open plan kitchen features a dual sink, integrated SMEG dishwasher and oven, induction cooktop and stunning Caesar stone bench tops, perfect for a slice of luxury holiday meal preparation.

The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the modern kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, flowing effortlessly onto a generous, sun-drenched outdoor alfresco terrace that offers enchanting views of the hinterland.

The living areas boast bespoke timber flooring and ducted dual zoned air conditioning. The apartment also features complimentary Wifi.

The master bedroom offers hinterland views and includes a spacious walk-through robe leading to a luxurious ensuite with a rainfall shower. The second bedroom provides ocean glimpses and features a mirrored built-in robe, while the modern main bathroom also includes a rainfall shower. The generously sized undercover entertainer’s balcony, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, provides stunning hinterland views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
