Offers a 2 seater sofa, or folds out to a sofa bed.

- 1 Ensuite bathroom, and 1 large main bathroom.
- Well equipped kitchen featuring a gas cooktop.
- Master ensuite has a spa bath tub.
- Airconditioning throughout.
- Outdoor seating on private balcony.
- A guest lounge on level 55.
- Outdoor lagoon pool, lap pool, spa, & heated indoor pool. Spread over 2 large poolside areas.
- Steam & sauna rooms
- Large BBQ & entertainment area
- Internet lounge & theatre
- Fully equipped gymnasium

Note: The lagoon pool is currently closed. The indoor pool and south tower pool and spa are open.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25 years and above to book and stay.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- NO SMOKING.
- NO unauthorised guests as per rental agreement.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
-Pet freindly (pet fee of $33 per pet per night max 2 pets and must be pre approved)
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
