So I took a taxi and went to this hotel, but hotel staffs were gone and the hotel's gate was also closed. I was really in a big trouble. Fortunately, there was a security guy and he let me in and was really nice to me! thank god! other than that, breakfast was awesome! the room was really clean and nice! "The reception staff were not very helpful. The staff over the phone denied extra towel request. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful.
The state of the facilities available were very old. The communication to the guests were terrible. This hotel doesn’t match three star standard. "

"The location is great. This is in the Boudha area of Kathmandu, so far fewer barking dogs and nightclubs at night like the Thamel tourist area.
The rooms are comfortable with hot water, which is rare for Kathmandu hotels.
Also a beautiful garden with good food.
The staff is friendly and helpful and can ensure you'll enjoy your visit in Nepal."

"My husband and I stayed for several nights and were delighted by the whole experience. The staff are very kind and the service was impeccable.
