"The room is small if you have a lot of luggage but the convenience is hard to beat. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious enough for 2 people to bathe in. The beds are hard but the amenities were good. The ac got cold. Check in and check out was easy and I could store my luggage for free at the front."

"Amazing staff. From the initial greeting the staff were wonderful. I could feel the stress leaving my body as I was guided through the entrance and through the check in process. The bath was also great for unwinding. Lots of nearby restaurants for dinner. Recommend the buffet for an easy start to the next day. Food was excellent. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful stay."

"Great location, close to two subway stations. Buffet breakfasts were very good. Convenience store adjacent to lobby, and the shower was phenomenally good - lots of water pressure and it had a combined hand-held wand and overhead rainfall sprinkler, just perfect. Only downside, and we expected this, was an overly firm bed. The Expedia listings are wrong when they say that some of the beds are King size, I confirmed with management that the largest mattresses they have are all Queen size. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice, clean hotel, very close to disney. Offers shuttle to bay and maihama station to get into the parks and shopping area. The rooms were huge and my kids enjoyed the huge hot tub. Staff were nice and helpful."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The place was really nice, the staff was super friendly, & the breakfast buffets were wonderful. Also the coffee shop stays open really late. Love it!!"
CVS Bay Hotel

"Excellent location right at the train station and attached to a Lawson store. Room was an adequate size for Tokyo, we had two beds, but not much room for luggage. Shower room was awkward when traveling with my son. It was a wet room with no where for dry towels or clothes to be in the same room. Breakfast was terrible, nothing was hot, it was all cold. We skipped it one of our 3 mornings even though we paid for it. The location was perfect for Disney only 2 stops away. We would stay again!"
