「We were moved to a different property called Casa Seaesta at the last minute as there was a “short circuit”. Even a two star rating is overrated for this property. The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant. The guests are drinking booze in broad daylight. The staff are poorly trained and dressed. The fittings inside the room are old and cranky....

"宿泊施設やプール、バーなどはHyattが運営しているので、さすがのクオリティだと思いました。一方で、空港まで戻るタクシーをホテルまで呼んでもらいましたが、行きに自分で手配したものより値段が高く、且つ車種も日本でいう軽自動車のようなものが手配され、ベストプライスだと強調されましたが納得感がありませんでした。タクシーは、専用のアプリで政府指定のレートが表示されますのでそちらを参照、使用された方が良いと思います。"
