"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, We were warmly welcomed by the manager (Eric) with refreshments. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, even providing complimentary breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, also staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Stayed in room 404 in B building for 4 nights. Location was good with many food vendors and street food available. Markets nearby. Elevator was tiny and slow. Staff were helpful. Rooms were small but fairly clean. Small bathroom with weak showerhead. 2 in 1 shower and bathtub so can be difficult for elderly guests to climb over. Clean towels and hairdryer. Good comfortable bed. Furniture were a bit old and some had stains. Internet speeds 12mbps which is very slow. Good air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was ok. Had pho and congee with salted egg. Fried egg is available on request. Toast with jam and butter. Banh cuon is there everyday with ham. Orange juice and coffee. Cheap laundry service is right across the street."

"Check in was prompt (via a security guard given this is a residential building who I assume apartment owners sub-lease rooms, not a registered hotel), however what the photos showed of the room and what we encountered were completely different. The room was in very poor condition - water damage, holes in the wall, mould throughout bathrooms, towels extremely stained, hair in bed, unclean toilet plus a bad odour. We made the decision not to keep our young family there another night, so checked out the next morning for an actual hotel. The host would not respond through Expedia, only WhatsApp and has since failed to get back to me despite saying at the time they will give us a refund of the remaining nights. I have raised a case with Expedia but I'm doubtful we will see any money..."
