"This would have easily been a five-star experience if not for a significant service issue during our event. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and many members of the staff were welcoming and professional. The food and overall atmosphere were also very good. However, we encountered a major issue with contracted audiovisual (A/V) services. At the scheduled start time, the equipment was not operational. Onsite staff acknowledged they were not trained A/V technicians, which caused delays and disruption to our programming. To continue our event, we had to secure emergency replacement equipment at our own expense. Despite this, we were still charged $463.75 for A/V services that were not properly delivered. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and through corporate channels but have not received a meaningful response. A chargeback has since been initiated. While the property itself has a lot to offer, the handling of this issue was disappointing and impacted our overall experience. "

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"I didn’t realize that my husband and I couldn’t get to the living area due to a steep spiral staircase. I assumed there was another way inside. The host sent 2 links the day we were supposed to check in which I was not able to open. Her response to any inquiries was days later. I asked if we could be refunded but she said I would need to contact VRBO. Will we get a refund?"

"This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. I was pleasantly surprised with the availability of things in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room had laundry detergent, there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, extra heaters in the laundry room and they had good toilet paper which is rare lol. I would absolutely stay here again."
