"Our stay at the Best Western was okay, but it didn’t feel worth the price compared to other hotels on our trip. When we arrived, the outside smelled strongly like rotten fish because of a blossoming tree, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room was clean but dated, with scuffed walls and some peeling paint, and the breakfast was mediocre. Checkout was handled through a virtual attendant on a screen, which caused long wait times. Considering this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at (almost $200 a night), it was disappointing, especially since the cheapest hotel on our trip ($60/night) offered much better breakfast and customer service. The pool was also closed during our stay so amenities were lacking. "

"This is a great hotel choice for families, as well as both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is very updated with comfortable beds, spa products, a stylish desk area, and nice fixtures and decor in the rooms. There is ample free parking right in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs, and there is a good selection at the complementary breakfast. Finally, it is close to shopping and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again!"

"The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. There was a DIY waffle maker. There were two sets of washer/dryers. Two ice machines and a couple vending machines located in a separate room away from hallway traffic. Parking was plentiful but not secured. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our request for additional coffee pods for our room. Linens and towels were good condition, cleanliness and quality."

"The room had a bad smell and water was coming up from the bathroom floor. Not from pipes under the sink. The bar soap had been used and put back in the box."
