"The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in. Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard.. The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "

"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadnā€™t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid. "The historic building and our room were lovely. However it needs to be mentioned that that building has low ceilings and no air conditioning. I was disappointed that the reception staff did not let me know that as I had booked an air conditioned room. The weather was hot and although they provided a standard fan it was only adequate. Having said that the Polish breakfasts were excellent (so much food and cooked to order). And the location is perfect to explore the old city and the riverfront. My husband used the sauna and found it excellent."
