The Lütt Eiland is located on a quiet side street. It features two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It therefore offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests. From one of the bedrooms, you even have a direct view of the Bodden! The 600-square-meter, quietly situated property features two large terraces with a cozy seating area surrounded by greenery. The two large lawns offer plenty of space for relaxing. A carport is available for two vehicles. The separate garden shed contains the cushions for the patio furniture. Sit under the umbrella and relax with a good book! In the evening, wind down comfortably and feel free to use the provided grill! The children’s and beach toys located here are also free to use! A clothesline is also available for drying beach towels and similar items. Enjoy a wonderful vacation at your Lütt Eiland!!

Welcome to Lütt Eiland!! You’ll find a beautiful open-concept living and dining area with access to both terraces. The living room features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player. A high chair is also available if needed. A small library, consisting of travel guides and offering a variety of informative tips for day trips, as well as a few board games for cozy evenings, is available for your use. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed. It also features a spacious closet and a dresser. A large mirror is also provided. Fresh linens are, of course, provided. The second bedroom is well-equipped with two single beds and another spacious closet. A separate travel crib is also available for young guests! In the kitchen, you’ll find a fully equipped, modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, -dishes, and -cooking utensils. Here, you can start your day off right with a hearty breakfast and treat yourself to a culinary delight in the evening. The spacious, bright bathroom, flooded with natural light and featuring high-quality bathroom furniture and ample storage space, is equipped with a - shower, - comfortable underfloor heating, and - a towel warmer, leaving nothing to be desired. -A hair dryer is also provided.
