- The office is not tidy

「Absolutely amazing and perfect for a quiet night away. The room was super cosy and luxurious and the grounds around the property were stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the use of the hot tub, pool and sauna made our experience even better it’s an all in one getaway for some R&R. Our breakfast was very generous and simply delicious too. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend! 」

When I was making a reservation for the buffet, I mistakenly booked the buffet at The Star in Sydney. This unexpected trouble during an overseas trip made me very anxious, but a male staff member at the concierge desk kindly helped us out. He even checked to see if we were charged any cancellation fees, which made us very happy. Additionally, another male staff member at the concierge desk provided very courteous service when we left our luggage. While the room, the hotel's restaurant, and the casino were all wonderful, the kindness of the staff left the biggest impression on us. This was our fourth visit to the Gold Coast, and thanks to your excellent staff, we’ve grown to love this city even more. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here."
