「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」

「Just wish we had a personal microwave in the room. The floors share a microwave and there was spilled food from someone who previously used it.」

「The floor layout was tight and cramped. Luggage rack was missing and had to request them. We had to ask for slippers. They should have been in the room. Lastly traffic was very loud. Twice in the middle of the night, there were roaring motorcycles and racecars. Quite disturbing.」

「Key wasn’t work 」

「My stay at The Watershed in Norwalk, CT, was absolutely excellent from beginning to end! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the entire stay made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s always refreshing to find a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and truly enjoy your time away. The Watershed delivered on every level and made my visit memorable....

「No front entrance and no direction to side entrance not visible from front of building. No artwork on walls, sterile appearance.」
