「Very friendly and accommodating staff when we wanted early access to our room. Helpfulness continued throughout our stay. Nice comfortable room. Black mark to Expedia - their accounting procedures left me in total confusion concerning payment. And I am not totally sure that I gave them authority to access my account for this booking. A withdrawal from the account without mention of the name of the accommodation provider ...??? Just 30 digits of codes.」

「We had a lovely stay at this property- the peace and tranquility was just what the doctor ordered. The house was very comfortable and the fireplace is amazing. Very well laid out and the location was within walking distance to all shops etc. the only small feedback I would give is that it would be great if the spa bath was fixed so the spa operates, but other than that the house is excellent and we would happily stay again. 」
