「The hotel located very close to the city center and the ferry station. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are well equipped either short or long trips to Chios island. Fotini hosted us very well and even first time in my life in such level hotel someone brought breakfast to our room because we missed the earlier day 🙏 I highly recommend here. 」
「We had the opportunity to bid for an upgrade and our bid was accepted! We ended up staying in the executive suite. Our balcony had a view of the Aegean and of the harbor. There were two bathrooms so we had his and hers. I took hot soaking baths each night. There was lots of room in the suite. I would highly recommend it. Breakfast had a large variety of options. Parking was just next to the hotel with a key code to raise the gate. We paid extra for late check out but that did not translate to...

「Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house!
The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi.
