"The property was great and we had a great time only marked down on cleanliness as we assumed the house must have been closed up for a while as there was a strong damp smell on arrival which reduced but lasted for few days but the actual house and facilities were very clean and tidy. "Excellent hotel! Clean very comfortable rooms, charming with modern bathrooms, outstanding service! The outstanding Welsh staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful! Delicious made to order breakfast. Easy to walk all around Camarthen from the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely stay there again & recommend to others!"

"What a fantastic hotel. Peter and all of his staff were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is in a brilliant position where all the tourist spots are within easy reach, wether by car,bus or even train. We had 8 nights there and 5 of them we ate in the hotel restaurant, the food is that good. Plenty of parking on site, they even have electric hook ups for caravans/mobiles. But i must give praise to all of the young staff working there, their hospitality is brilliant, they are all very polite, pleasant people who take their jobs seriously but still have a laugh with everyone. Thank you all for giving us a fantastic week 10/10 👏👏"
