"Clean room, lovely restaurant staff. This was once a beautiful, well taken care of resort, those days seem to be gone. Bare bones staff. Amenities that you aren’t sure will be available when you arrive. If you’re looking for their adult hot tub or indoor pool, call before you arrive, both were closed during our stay."

"The Brooks Street Motor Inn was good value for the money. The property is definitely dated, and could use a face-lift. However, the towels were clean and soft, as were the sheets. It is conveniently located near many amenities along Brooks Street, and the staff were excellent. Both of the nights we stayed, the property was quiet, and we slept well."
