Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! Great clean rooms, fully equipped, helpful staff, close to attractions.

Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. Great location, good food, beautiful view! We had a local driver and tour guide for pick up & drop off services (not with the hotel), so we alwasy felt safe!

Very nice property and amenities. Our only issue was the slow drain in the shower the would overflow out of the shower door into the bathroom area floor.
