"Nice, clean cabin but we were extremely dissapointed to learn that the fireplace was FAKE. It’s plastic. This cabin was advertised with a working fireplace and this was our only reason for renting this cabin. This was a huge dissapointment. The heating is with an electric stove which works slowly and dries the air out: we were all having headaches and dry eyes from the air quality."

"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

Local comedy event meant the restaurant wasn't available to us on the evening we stayed. "I would have given 5 stars but there was an issue with the shower.. No cold water so it was quite difficult to deal with just hot water. Room was very clean and beds comfy. The young man that checked us in was awesome. We had left the key in the room, you have to use the card attached to the key for the lights to work and I forgot it was in the light activation slot when we left. Even though they close at 10 when we got back to the room around 10:15 the attendant who checked us in was just about to leave and helped us get back in the room. He is a credit to your company! "
