My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle service, and the drive to the airport is about 20-30 minutes. We definitely would recommend this hotel to...

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out.
I upgraded to a water-view room, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the ocean with mountains visible in the distance. The bathtub was positioned perfectly to enjoy the same scenery, and the...

Our stay at Signiel Busan was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the entire experience felt luxurious and welcoming.
What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were especially grateful that they accommodated our request for a late checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed. It was a...

This is an extremely nice 5 star quality hotel. Just beautiful! The only downside, is the plumbing. Korea has upgraded their country to First World, EXCEPT in the area of plumbing. They do NOT trap their pipes, which lets the awful sewer smells come back in to the rooms. It' s sad that they go to so much trouble building these gorgeous, luxurious hotels, and then they don't do something as simple as trap the pipes. I would stay here again, and probably will, but Korea in general needs to update...

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I hope I’m right when I say we will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...
