"We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and peaceful home on Sunset Lake. We traveled with our family, including teens and a twin 5-year-olds, and the house worked perfectly for all ages. The open floor plan, multiple bedrooms, and kid-friendly setup made it super comfortable for everyone.The lakefront location is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day, listening to the loons, and spending time on the private dock and in the hot tub. The kayaks—especially the kid-sized ones—were a huge hit! It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.I was also able to work remotely while we were there, thanks to the fast and reliable internet. The peaceful setting made it easy to balance both work and family time.The home is in a great location—quiet and private, but still close to Gunstock Mountain and Alton Bay for outings, food, and activities.Jason, the host, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We truly appreciated his communication and hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway."

"The cabin is so cute and cozy! Very comfortable. We slept great! The neighbors were very friendly and even invited us over! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The lake beach were amazing! We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to contact. We will stay again! Love love the location! The only downside is there is no lake view from the cottage like we thought but easy lake access. We did not use the hot tub, washer/dryer or fire pit but those are great amenities! This place has it all! Thank you as well for the coffee! This was the perfect little retreat!"

"Beautiful gem! Lake house is so much bigger inside than we thought it would be! It smelled like fresh pine inside. Perfect location for little ones too because of the shallow lake. Our adult son has a spinal cord injury and is unable to walk by himself. The yard was gradually sloping which made it easier for him. This was the first vacation trip we’ve had together because we’ve had family trauma the past several years. The faces of our grandchildren lit up when they went on their first canoe ride and caught fish for the first time! This was a special time we will always remember. "
