    The home features four cozy bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with a twin—perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Upstairs, an open loft includes a queen sofa bed, adding extra sleeping space while keeping a bright, airy feel. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure or gathering for quality time.

    With two full bathrooms, including one with a soaking bathtub, getting ready is easy and convenient. Enjoy meals at the countertop while taking in the lake view, or spend time on your private dock for ultimate relaxation.

    Just 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain, you’re also within easy reach of Weirs Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Tilton Outlets for shopping. Plus, visit Gilmanton winery and restaurant—a beloved local vineyard where you can enjoy wine tastings set among scenic grapevines and sit down to fresh, Italian‑inspired dishes in the welcoming restaurant. This property was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed to prepare meals for 8 adults for a week. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Most well stocked house ever. Everything went incredibly smoothly. The house, if you can believe it, is even better than the description and pictures show. It was hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Private, killer view, incredible comfort, and a a very accommodating host. Being able to bring our dog was just the icing on the cake!!!
