Wonderful Summer House near the sea

Dating back to the 1990s, this charming Gilleleje cottage has undergone a light renovation in 2020 and has been stylishly updated with a black exterior facade. The wonderful experience of this house is further enhanced by its perfect location, just 400 meters from a beautiful, secluded beach.



When you enter the house, you are met by an open and airy kitchen-family room that merges with the living room. A utility room adds practical functionality and the three bedrooms offer varying levels of comfort: one with two single beds, one with a spacious double bed and one with a bunk bed, perhaps best suited for the youngest, but can also accommodate slim and light adults. In addition to this, the cottage offers a well-appointed bathroom.



The location of the garden shields the house from the road, creating a private atmosphere where you can enjoy your own oasis without annoying car noise. The garden is not only tailored for relaxation but is also dog friendly and fenced to the road for extra peace of mind.



Get an authentic feel for the area by exploring its nearby treasures. Only 1 km away you will find a selection of supermarkets, such as Coop 365 and Netto, which make your grocery shopping easy as a breeze. If you want a more lively experience, Gilleleje town is just 5 km away with a multitude of shopping opportunities, cozy cafes, tempting restaurants, fishmongers with the catch of the day, art galleries and outlet stores.
