feelin good at Gili Buana

This hostel was really nice, from the reception to the room to the breakfast , all very nice. I stayed for 5 nights , the first couple nights I stayed in the deluxe room and the last 3 in a standard double. I had planned on hotel hopping around the island but Gili Buana was so relaxed I was happy to stay put. As A solo traveler I felt very welcome. Aisje the manager was an amazing hostess, she invited me for sunset and dinner a couple nights which was lovely. I highly recommend this hostel.

Good and comfortable

Very comfortable room and good air con, hot shower. Breakfwast was fine. Location only 5 minute walk from beach to watch the sunset, maybe 15 minutes to the busier part of the island near the port. Not a bad price, but we found a beach front property with pool for cheaper near by and moved there for a night, so perhaps could be slightly better value.
