Located less than six miles from Gunstock for skiing and tubing, and right across the road from Lake Winnipesaukee, this warm and very inviting home welcomes you to central New Hampshire! This charming suite boasts a well-equipped, fully-applianced kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a cozy living area with a cable TV. This suite also features a private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. And close by, you and your guests will have access to a variety of amenities including sports courts, charcoal grills, and 335-feet of private, sandy beach. Don't forget to take the private walking path to attend a concert at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion!

This place was FABULOUS! Very comfortable and clean and location was wonderful to access the NH Pavilion. Was a little hard to locate the proper parking space since the painted on numbers were not very clear, but the info on the office door helped a lot.

Great stay!

Perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. A total bonus was the private beach area across the street. The space was clean and comfortable for my family of 3. Would definitely stay again.

Loved It!

Went to see Chris Stapleton for 2 nights. Love this unit. It is clean, comfortable, and has been recently updated. I will always try to book it in the future. Great location and lots to see and do. I changed the reservation numerous times and everyone was so helpful!

Great Get Away

We had a great time. We walked to the beach and the concert. The mattress on the pull out couch was far from comfortable. If you are planning on using it, bring a blowup mattress. The place was clean, plenty of supplies. I would stay there again.

Excellent location for concert

Great weekend rental for concert goers. Smaller condo ckean but could use some attention in the bathroom./tub, shower. Walk up to door is 2 flights. We really enjoyed the location within walking distance to Bank of NH Pavilion.

MID WEEK SUMMER GETAWAY

Condo unit super clean and mostly up to date. Everything you need for cooking is present in the unit. Tennis court in need of repair. Indoor pool closed for repair 8/2022. Quiet neighbors. Private beach on the lake is pristine and raked each morning. Modern Chaise lounges set up lakefront at no cost. Very friendly guests-many children too. Spectacular views of mountains from lakefront. Swimming area is defined and roped off. Plant growth within the swimming area is non existent making for a pleasant experience. Outdoor pool looks adequate.

Perfect room for a getaway, has all of the necessary amenities that you’ll need if you want to save money from eating out. Great Location for a short drive to Weirs Beach. Would definitely stay here again!
