"Pros: Nice place in a quieter neighborhood but which still has many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as a 7-11 for quick snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially David at check-in who was very fluent in English and able to tell us everything we needed to know for our stay. The full kitchen is convenient, especially the fridge, and the room was clean. They provide (once) coffee and water. Cons: The room does get a bit warm but there is a tower fan provided. The shower door design allows water to escape, so we had to bundle extra towels next to it so as to not have puddles. They don’t provide washcloths, but perhaps this is standard practice in this area. There is no deadbolt or chain lock from the inside, only the automatic door lock. "

"I have stayed at this hotel for a long time, but over the past year it has noticeably declined. The staff is very young and not focused on customer service, and overall the hotel is going downhill. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues they are already aware of"

"We had a fantastic six-night stay in a room overlooking the main garden with the pool. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The food was good, if expensive, and the location is perfect for exploring the park or the Roma/Condessa neighbourhoods."
