The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Gijón and its surroundings, it is located in the Laviada neighbourhood, just next to the centre of Gijón and with many services. It has supermarkets next to the apartment. It is a quiet and safe area, with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. and very close to Gijón's beaches, 8' walking from Poniente beach and 15' from San Lorenzo beach.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied.
