Contemporary house of 65m², in the center of the triangle Brive (Corrèze), Sarlat (Dordogne) and Souillac (Lot). In this gîte adjoining the owners' house, you will enjoy summer evenings to eat on one of the 2 terraces, a relaxation assured with the 4ha park, the 11x5 salt treatment swimming pool with sliding shelter, and table tennis. Numerous tourist sites to visit in the surroundings: Padirac abyss, Lacave caves, Rocamadour, Sarlat... Gîte on one level with a living/dining room, an independent fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom, independent wc and 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a 1.50m bed. A second bedroom with a private shower room, separate wc, flat screen TV and 1 bed of 1.40m. Internet access. Outside, 4ha half enclosed, wooded, wooded and flowered, 2 terraces, one covered, a garage for two cars, washing machine. Necessary for the picnic provided.
