"We LOVED our stay. The room was clean, the amenities were fantastic, we loved our view. Loved the private beach, our son had a blast. The restaurants were amazing. We will 100% be back. It was a great hotel."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! We originally stayed in one of the suites, which was incredible — spacious, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the hotel so much that we ended up extending our stay for another two nights and moved into a regular two-queen room, which was still phenomenal! The staff were fantastic — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The outdoor common areas were spectacular and easily one of our favourite parts of the hotel. Such a beautiful space to relax and hang out, especially with kids. The location is also amazing — so close to the beach and everything we wanted to do in Penticton. We genuinely didn't want to leave. 😂 We will absolutely stay here again. 11/10!"

"It’s great for location wise, it’s old and nothing fancy the pull out is old so we didn’t use. Thankfully brought an air mattress just in case. The rooms are small however we only used for sleeping essentially and eating when we cooked. Unfortunately someone wore something that ruined the pool so hours were off and son didn’t get to use really. Thankful the beach is near by. Overall was a great stay, staff friendly and it’s quiet. Ice cream next door was a bonus. Lots of parking space. No ice machine :( but got a bag of ice and threw un freezer. Easy problem solved."

"The room was larger than I expected, which was nice. You could comfortably fit a family of four in the room without feeling crowded. There was a cute balcony overlooking the pool and water park in the courtyard. It would have been a relaxing place to have a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning had time permitted. The refrigerator was bigger than in most hotels, which was a nice feature. I did not have time to make use of most of the amenities, but the indoor pool, fitness centre and outdoor amenities all looked nice and well maintained. The breakfast provided included hot dishes, as well as the standard continental. I was a little surprised at the lack of fresh fruit given we were in the Okanagan, but that is really the only negative I have about my stay. A wildfire broke out in a neighbouring area during my stay, and a nearby town was evacuated to the city. The smoke was thick and unsettling, and there was a possibility the evacuation zone could expand. Through all of this, the hotel staff were outstanding, staying calm, personable, and consistently reassuring. Their professionalism made a difficult situation feel manageable. I really appreciated the reassurance I felt because I knew that if there was a crisis, the staff had it well in hand."
